a professionally trained psycho-spiritual counselor and meditation teacher with a knack for guiding folks through spiritual emergence (aka awakening) and spiritual emergencies.

On the personal side, I’ve been with my husband for 14 wonderful years, and we've been married for 7 of those. I have an adult daughter, two mischievous cats, and a slightly neurotic, but very lovable labradoodle.
