The 20/30 Meditation Project is your personal commitment to the project of meditating (at least) 20 minutes a day for 30 consecutive days while getting the accountability, practice, support and community you need to establish a consistent meditation practice and flourish on the spiritual path.
The 20/30 Meditation Project ensures that you aren't alone on the path and that you have the support that you need to show up for your meditation practice every day.
