Hello and welcome to my site where you'll discover how to harness time-proven principles and practices of Yoga Wisdom Traditions to break free of karmic patterns and awaken to the True You so that you can live an extra-ordinary life! 

As a psycho-spiritual counselor and coach, I've spent over 20 years working with spiritually-minded, high performing, professional women (and men) who want to break free of the anxiety, stress, worry and overwhelm caused by repeating the same mistakes over and over. Most of my clients have already invested in therapy, coaching, personal and spiritual growth programs but have hit a plateau and can't seem to break through to the 'next level' no matter what they try.

Using my Karma Clearing Process™ I help my clients to manage all the responsibilities of their personal and professional lives with inner-calm, focus and emotional resilience and to live a life of meaning, purpose and deep gratification. 

I have been privileged to work side-by-side with some of today's most influential luminaries and thought leaders in evolutionary spirituality, most notably the late Barbara Marx Hubbard. I have also served on the board of directors for the Foundation for Conscious Evolution and the Center for Integral Wisdom along with people like Ken Wilbur, Sally Kempton, John Gray and Warren Farrell.

I am currently a member of the Conscious Leadership Guild, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing conscious leadership into organizations, communities and the world at large, and a member of the Association for Spiritual Integrity dedicated to ethical practice and transforming the paradigm of spiritual leadership.

On the personal side of things...

I'm a seriously devoted meditation and yoga practitioner, an initiate in the linage of Kriya Yoga and a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. 

I'm blessed to have a wonderful and loving husband and a beautiful daughter who is in college.
