Oct 05, 2020A lot of popular New age teachings and ideas are are subtle distortions of Eastern spiritual teachings. These New Age teachings are close to a profound truth*, but are distorted just enough to pose a lot of harm to those who live their lives by these teachings.
One of those teachings is that you create your own reality -- which has also become known as The Law of Attraction. And while getting profound spiritual teachings a little bit wrong doesn't matter in the short run, over time the distortion is like navigating a boat 1 degree off course -- in the end you land on a different continent.
